Job Summary
Business Development cum corporate communication Manager to report to the SEA Director collaborating with the Southeast Asia Business Development team to identify and secure new partnership opportunities and projects that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities and market segments in Singapore to expand business reach and drive revenue growth
- Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze trends and inform strategic business development decisions
- Implement targeted marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and awareness across the region
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential clients including retail brands, architects, designers, hotel owners, landlords, and project management consultants locally and throughout Southeast Asia
- Achieve revenue targets by securing new projects and partnerships aligned with company growth objectives
- Collaborate effectively with internal functional teams to support project execution and tender submissions, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to potential clients to secure new business opportunities
- Apply critical thinking and strategic planning to drive project success and business development outcomes
- Demonstrate initiative and work autonomously to lead business development activities and achieve measurable results
- Manage all internal and external communications, including corporate announcements, press releases, and marketing materials, to maintain consistent messaging
- Manage corporate communication platforms such as website content, social media, newsletters, and presentations to engage stakeholders effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Existing network of contacts with retail brands, architects, designers, hotel owners, landlords, and project management consultants in the region
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders and build lasting relationships
- Ability to work independently with a focus on goal achievement and proactive initiative
