Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Client Relationship Executive to drive business development and go-to-market initiatives with strategic alliances, particularly with Microsoft and Google, in the cybersecurity space. This role is pivotal in strengthening partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in Digital Identity, Cyber Defense, and Cloud, Data & AI Security. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in embedding cybersecurity solutions and engaging with enterprise digital transformation teams across multiple business functions, including client experience, workforce experience, and finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners.
  • Drive collaborative go-to-market strategies to foster mutual business growth in Digital Identity, Cyber Defense, and Cloud, Data & AI Security.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging partner technologies and solutions.
  • Expand service offerings in alignment with partner capabilities.

Enterprise Transformation Collaboration:

  • Work with large enterprise digital transformation teams to integrate cybersecurity solutions across various business functions, including customer experience, employee experience, and finance transformation.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Use market insights to guide strategic initiatives with partners.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Develop and execute cross-go-to-market plans with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful joint business execution.

Enablement:

  • Collaborate with strategic alliances to provide training and enablement on partner products and solutions.
  • Equip internal teams to effectively position and support these offerings.

Performance Tracking:

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership activities.

Event Participation:

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance market visibility and reputation.

About You:

  • Proven experience in business development or client relationship management within Digital Identity, Cyber Defense, or Cloud, Data & AI Security.
  • Demonstrated experience in large-scale digital transformation projects with a focus on embedding cybersecurity solutions.
  • Successful track record in partnering with vendors such as Microsoft, Google, Palo Alto Networks, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
  • Experience working with clients across Southeast Asia is preferred.
