Business Development/ Client Acquisition Intern PA7

We're looking for a motivated and people-oriented intern to support our business development efforts. Your primary focus will be reaching out to companies, introducing our recruitment services, and converting prospects into active clients who entrust us with their hiring needs.

Salary: $800-1000
Duration: Min. Commitment of 5-6 months
Location: West

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective client companies to introduce our recruitment services
• Qualify leads and identify decision-makers (HR managers, hiring managers, business owners)
• Pitch our value proposition clearly and handle basic objections confidently
• Set up appointments or follow-up calls for the senior BD team
• Maintain and update the client prospect database with accurate call records and outcomes
• Track and report daily outreach activity and conversion rates
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, HR, Communications, or any related field
• No Experience Required
• Confident communicator - comfortable speaking on the phone
• Organised with good follow-through and attention to detail
