About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development to drive partnerships and ecosystem growth in the Web3 and blockchain space. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop potential clients and partnership opportunities, managing the full business development cycle from initial outreach to deal closure and project launch.
Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives manage relationships with KOLs, media partners, and community channels to strengthen brand presence.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes, develop differentiated partnership strategies, and regularly review collaboration performance.
Work closely with Product, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure partnerships are executed smoothly and in compliance with internal and external requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above (Finance, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
1-3 years of experience in Blockchain / Web3 / FinTech business development or sales.
Solid understanding of L1/L2 blockchains, DeFi protocols, NFTs, wallets, and related Web3 concepts, with the ability to translate technical strengths into commercial value.
Strong industry network including project teams, investors, developer communities, or KOLs experience in ecosystem partnerships or deal facilitation is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation (PPT), and proposal-writing skills.
Good understanding of Web3 regulatory and compliance considerations.
