Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Operations
- Maintain accurate and reliable client and contact records in the firm's CRM system.
- Support business development activities through proper data management, segmentation, and reporting.
- Act as a key point of contact for CRM‑related queries and user support.
Double Tax Deduction for Internationalisation (DTDi) Administration
- Prepare and submit Double Tax Deduction for Internationalisation (DTDi) claims, including verification, compilation and maintenance of supporting documentation and business trip records.
- Serve as key internal and external liaison for applications, clarifications, audits.
Event Support & Administration
- Support BD & Marketing‑led events and logistics, such and distribution of corporate gifts, etc.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support, such as maintenance of the team mailbox, courier requests, to ensure smooth team operations.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in CRM administration, compliance, grants/tax claims, or similar operational roles will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Singapore government incentive schemes (DTDi) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy, able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
