We're a fast-growing startup based in Singapore looking for a motivated and resourceful Business Development & Automation Intern to support our growth initiatives. You'll work closely with the founder and core team to identify partnership opportunities, improve sales processes, and leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and automation. If you're curious, tech-savvy, and eager to understand how startups combine business strategy with digital technology, this role offers a unique and hands-on opportunity to learn and make an impact.
What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to new merchants, clients, and strategic partners.
- Understand stakeholders needs and challenges to propose tailored solutions.
- Support the development and execution of business development and growth strategies.
- Build compelling sales materials and presentation decks for potential partners.
- Manage and maintain relationships through CRM and outreach tools (e.g. HubSpot, Notion).
- Explore and implement AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, n8n, or data enrichment tools) to improve workflows, outreach, and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project success.
- Assist in process documentation and identify areas for workflow automation.
- Contribute to operational tasks, analytics, and internal coordination as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Digitally savvy familiar with or eager to learn AI productivity tools and automation platforms.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable learning independently.
- Highly organized with an ability to multitask.
- Interest in startups, digital transformation, or business automation is a strong plus.
