Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development Associate. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads on LinkedIn, and potentially Instagram also., product knowledge, serving clients and planning. Day-to-day tasks include

• sales & marketing: identifying potential clients, doing health & skin analyses for clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients
• representing Shred n Glow at workshops, booths, and networking events
• expanding the team and communicating effectively with team members and prospects.

Qualifications

• Self-driven with strong interest in developing a performance-based side income
• Able to commit at least 15 hours a week
• Minimally conversational proficiency in English
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in business development or sales is a plus, though not necessary
