About the Role:

You will play a key role in supporting our commercial growth strategy, developing strong business relationships, and learning how to sell complex services that require trust and long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence, particularly in China.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through trust and consistent engagement.
- Understand and apply quantitative methodologies to support marketing and pricing strategies.
- Translate complex business concepts into clear value propositions for internal and external discussions.
- Participate in strategic meetings, including overseas business meetings, and represent the company professionally.
- Support commercial initiatives by leveraging internal resources to maximize revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
- Strong quantitative modeling and presentation skills.
- Understanding of marketing methodologies and ability to derive strategies from data.
- Commercial mindset with ability to connect service delivery to pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred.
- Ability to articulate business concepts and sales pitches into compelling value propositions.
- Willingness to challenge existing concepts and contribute innovative ideas.
- Self-driven, proactive, and resilient with minimal reliance on on-the-job training.
- Strong commitment to travel, including weekends, to maximize business opportunities.
