Business Development Associate (ETF)

• Support the development of ETF trading liquidity through engagement with market makers, distributors, and stock exchanges.

• Monitor and analyse primary and secondary market trading activity to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

• Act as a liaison between investors, market participants, and internal teams to facilitate efficient ETF trading and execution.

• Assist in the planning and execution of ETF marketing, investor education, and promotional events.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g. brokers, exchanges, platforms) on ETF distribution and awareness initiatives.

• Maintain and update ETF pitch decks, presentation materials, and supporting documentation.

• Coordinate responses to ETF-related enquiries, feedback, and issues, working with client services, compliance, and legal teams as required.
