As part of the firm's growth strategy for the year, they are strengthening their business development capability and are looking to hire a Business Development Associate to support and drive this next phase of expansion.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, take real ownership of business development initiatives, and represent the firm confidently in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and drive business development initiatives across client acquisition and relationship building.
- Own the end-to-end BD process, from prospecting and outreach to follow-ups and outcome tracking.
- Use BD and CRM tools effectively to manage pipelines, track activity, and maintain data quality.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to design and execute creative outreach and engagement strategies.
- Represent the firm professionally in external interactions, events, and client touchpoints.
- Take accountability for driving results and continuously improving BD processes and approaches.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development, client services, consulting, or a related professional services environment.
- Proven track record in supporting or driving business development outcomes.
- Familiarity with BD tools and CRM platforms, with a structured and disciplined approach to follow-through.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable taking full initiative.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to represent the firm's brand externally.
- High ownership mindset, with the ability to design, execute, and drive outcomes independently.
