Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and onboard new institutional and exchange partners to drive trading volume and revenue growth.
  • Actively pitch our trading and liquidity services to crypto exchanges, brokers, and institutional clients.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
  • Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting, lead qualification, and negotiation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (trading, operations, compliance) to deliver smooth onboarding and ongoing support for new partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Track and report key sales metrics, pipeline status, and client feedback to management.
  • Support strategic commercial negotiations and assist in structuring partnership agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 0-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within crypto exchanges, trading platforms, or financial institutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the crypto and digital asset ecosystem, including exchanges, liquidity, and institutional trading.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, hunter mindset.
