The Role
01 . MARKET EXPANSION: Drive International Growth
- Evaluate and onboard new distribution partners across global territories.
- Conduct market research to identify high-growth commercial opportunities.
- Build territory growth plans and assist in shaping go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute to partnership evaluations, deal prep, and commercial modelling.
02 . REVENUE PERFORMANCE: Support 30+ Global Partners
- Work directly with distributors to track performance and improve execution.
- Coordinate monthly partner updates and ensure commercial targets are met.
- Design structured review processes to improve efficiency and accountability.
- Support launch events, education activations, and growth campaigns.
03 . CROSS-FUNCTIONAL: Commercial Execution
- Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, finance, and ops for market rollouts.
- Support product launches across multiple regions simultaneously.
- Coordinate trade shows, global events, and key partner activations.
- Streamline internal systems to make the BD engine faster and sharper.
04 . STRATEGIC PROJECTS: High-Impact Initiatives
- Assist in new channel launches, regional expansions, and product rollouts.
- Support preparation of board-level decks and investor materials.
- Take ownership of process improvements to increase commercial speed.
- Work on initiatives with direct visibility to senior leadership.
The Person
Academic Calibre: Recent graduate or 1-2 yearsexperience from a strong university.
Commercial Hunger: Curious about how businesses grow, how deals are made, how brands win.
Structured Thinker: Analytical - translate complexity into clear, prioritised action.
Excellent Communicator: Clear, confident, professional with distributors and executives alike.
Disciplined & Organised: Follows through, manages time well, does not need micromanagement.
