Business Development Assistant (Part-Time)

Our focus is to support businesses in industries such as home services, contractors, and SMEs looking to strengthen their digital presence and attract more customers.

We are currently looking for a Business Development Assistant to support our sales and lead generation activities.

Role Overview

The Business Development Assistant will support the company's growth by identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and scheduling meetings with prospective businesses in Singapore.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and interested in sales, marketing, or business development.

The primary goal of this role is to build a consistent pipeline of potential clients and schedule appointments for the Business Development Manager to present the company's services.

This is a part-time role (maximum 20 hours per week) with flexible working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• Research and identify potential SME clients across various industries.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified leads.

Appointment Setting

• Schedule meetings between potential clients and Business Development Manager.
• Coordinate availability and manage meeting calendars.

Follow-Ups

• Send follow-up messages to prospects.
• Maintain communication with interested leads.

CRM & Reporting

• Track all leads, outreach activities, and responses in CRM system.
• Provide weekly reports.

Sales Support

• Assist with business development initiatives and client acquisition support.
  

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with online research and outreach
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
• Experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation is an advantage but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Singaporean or PR only
