Job Description


Business Development Assistant Manager drives revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting sales strategies

Business Growth & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify new business leads, partners, and markets.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, handle after-sales support, and manage client activities in CRM systems.

Strategy & Proposal Writing: Formulate lead generation strategies, draft proposals, and prepare quotes for prospective clients.

Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Operational Support: Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure efficient service delivery and contract compliance.

Team Leadership: Train and mentor junior staff to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

. Developing growth strategies and plans

. Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

. Increasing client base

. Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

. Writing business proposals

. Negotiating with stakeholders

. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

. Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

. Following industry trends locally and internationally

. Drafting and reviewing contracts

. Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
