BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop and implement business development strategies and sales plans.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential markets.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
• Lead negotiations and support contract discussions with customers and partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business development reports.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings to promote the company's services.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Support the management team in achieving revenue and business growth targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Willingness to travel when required.
