Job Description

As theBusiness Development, you will play a key leadership role in driving business growth. Your focus will be on developing and executing strategies to target and penetrate key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their satisfaction across various industries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to identify and target key accounts.
  • Conduct impactful presentations, negotiate deals, and close business opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, tracking lead conversion and progress to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and hiring requirements, offering customized HR and recruitment solutions.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular site visits, calls, and exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports on business development activities.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that client hiring needs are met with the best-matched candidates.

Key Requirements:

  • Adiploma or degreein abusiness-relatedfield.
  • CEI Basic Certificateis preferred.
  • Proven experience inbusiness development,sales, orclient relationship management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales and business development targets.
  • Ability to thrive in afast-paced,dynamic, andgrowingenvironment.
