We are seeking a Business Development Assistant Manager to support the company's business growth and expansion initiatives. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting overseas market engagement, particularly with clients and partners in the China market.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and client engagement.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with overseas clients and business partners, including clients based in China.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and related documentation.
Support negotiations and follow up on business discussions to close sales opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and client requirements.
Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments relevant to assigned markets.
Participate in meetings, conferences, and overseas business engagements as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners in overseas markets, including China.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to travel overseas when required.
