Roles and responsibilities
Communication - Managing Calls, Emails, Key Correspondences as the main point of contact.
Documentation - Preparing Reports, Presentations, Minutes and Maintain the Filing and proper documentation.
Suppliers & Stocks Checks - Overseeing Supplies, Vendor relations and General Office Flow
Financial Support - Processing Payment, Handling Invoices and Managing Basic Budgets
Administrative Support - Manage day to day office Operations, Maintain Filing Systems, Handle Correspondence and Manage Office Supplies.
Accounting / Bookeeping - Process AP/AR, Handle Purchasing / Invoicing and preparing Simple Monthly Financial reports. GST Filing and Annual Filling.
Inventory & Stock Management - Regularly perform stock take of Company assets and products, maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with the operations team on stock level.
General Duties - Act as the first point of contact for external inquiries and provide crucial support to the management team as needed. Process, manage and track invoices to ensure prompt payment.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
