OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Immigration BDAM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development of new clients channel on Singapore immigration pathways, advising on applications, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, attention todetail, and a proactive sales mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Sales and Client Acquisition
- Engage and follow up with leads from various channels (walk-ins, referrals, online enquiries)
- Carry-out consultative assessment to clients eligibility for PR, work passes, long-term passes, and otherimmigration related programmes
- Present service packages, handle objections, and close sales
- Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets and achieving pre-set key performance indicators
Client Management
- Provide guidance throughout the necessary process, ensuring clear communication between parties and timely updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Work closely with the administrative, processing team to prepare documents for submissions
Administrative & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of consultations, sales, and client documentation
- Ensure all applications comply with company SOP and ICA/MOM policies and regulations
- Conduct after-sales service and rendering support when required
REQUIREMENTS :
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or immigration consultancy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, result-oriented, work in fast pace environment and able to work under pressure
- Preferably strong market undertstanding alongside strong lead-generation capability
- Good command of English additional languages are a bonus
- Professional, confident, and client-focused
- Strong believer of career progression roadmaps
