Role Description
As an Account Manager (AS400/Hardware/Core Banking System), you will be a driving force in expanding our reach and growing revenue across our cutting-edge sustainable IT Infrastructure solutions portfolio, including Green Data Centers, Cloud Solutions, and Managed Services. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate their journey towards more efficient, cost-effective and eco-friendly IT operations. You will manage the end-to-end sales process for a portfolio that aligns with industry trends and environmental best practices, working primarily within the BFSI and selected high-growth sectors.
The Account Manager (AS400/Hardware/Core Banking System) is responsible for
Sales Strategy Execution:
- Develop and lead initiatives to secure new business in assigned territories, with a focus on achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline, identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value deals.
- Use data insights and sales analytics to optimize strategies, adjust resource allocation, and enhance decision-making.
Client Solutions & Engagement:
- Establish as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding clients challenges and recommending solutions tailored to their business needs and environmental goals.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demos, effectively communicating our unique value proposition in sustainable IT.
- Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring a client-first approach that drives high satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration Selling:
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, product, and support to enhance the customer experience from acquisition through post-sale.
- Leverage CRM and sales tools to track client interactions and provide seamless, data-informed service.
- Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to contribute to product enhancements, client feedback loops, and strategic planning.

- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, especially in green IT and sustainable tech practices, sharing insights with the team and adapting your approach to reflect market shifts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or any field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience with regional or country-level exposure.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with international stakeholders.
