Business Development and Operations Manager (F&B Catering)

Details :

• Salary up to $7,500

• Location: West

• Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM (Subjected to operational needs)

• Performance bonus

Job Scope :

• Lead project mobilisation, including licensing, outlet setup and operational readiness.

• Review tender specifications, contract requirements and compliance criteria.

• Prepare operational proposals and implementation plans for tender submissions.

• Coordinate renovation, equipment procurement, kitchen layout and site commissioning.

• Work closely with Central Kitchen and Operations to ensure successful project implementation.

• Build and maintain client relationships throughout mobilisation and contract commencement.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
