Business Development & Sales Management
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across Data Centers, Marine, Aerospace, Food & Beverage, Commercial Buildings, and Industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, facility managers, end-users, and distributors.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Establish sales forecasts and business growth plans.
Operations & Project Management
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project schedules, procurement activities, inventory control, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Improve operational efficiency through process enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
Team Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of approximately 5 staff members.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work culture.
- Support staff development and succession planning.
Business & Financial Analysis
- Analyze sales performance, project profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare management reports, sales forecasts, budgets, and business performance reviews.
- Support management in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
- Monitor cash flow, project costing, and financial performance.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years or more of relevant experience in Engineering Sales, Business Development, Operations Management, or Project Management.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Experience in managing engineering projects and operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
Industry Experience Preferred
