Our client, a leading International law firm is seeking for a Business development and Marketing Manager to join their dynamic growing outfit.
Location: Central Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Driving the Business development initiatives and oversee the full life cycle of the pitch process
- Mentor and coach, the junior staff on team to ensure that pitch is focused and targeted, with aim to deliver high-quality proposals
- Manage and establish a strong relationship with partners and clients to achieve good client engagement
- Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to provide useful insights to the team and fee-earners to reach strategic decisions
- Partake in regional budgets to ensure that business development objectives are well met
Requirements:
- Possess at least 6 years of related experience in the field of Business development and marketing with a leading International and/or local law firm
- Good communication skills, with great ability to work asa leader and team-player
- Ability to manage complex projects under tight deadline
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite is preferred
- Possess commercial acumen and strategic thinking
