Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing to close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate clients.
Act as the main point of contact for enquiries, repeat orders, and after-sales support.
Proactively suggest new gifting ideas for festive seasons, launches, and campaigns.
Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Work closely with design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure:
Correct artwork and branding.
Timely production and delivery.
Quality control of finished gifts.
Track project timelines and update clients on progress.
Develop sales strategies for festive campaigns (CNY, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, corporate events).
Upsell premium packaging, personalization, and bulk programs.
Build partnerships with property agencies, insurance teams, HR departments, and marketing teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales pipeline, and client database (CRM).
Provide weekly sales updates and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate invoicing, payment follow-ups, and order documentation.
