Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development & Account Executive to support both business growth and client relationship management initiatives.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior candidates who enjoy communication, relationship building, and working in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment. You will gain exposure to sales, client servicing, partnerships, and enterprise account management across Southeast Asia.

You will work closely with the leadership, operations, and product teams to support business growth while ensuring a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients and business opportunities
  • Support lead generation, outreach, and sales pipeline activities
  • Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and business materials
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Account Management

  • Support day-to-day communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate client meetings, project timelines, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Assist with client onboarding and account servicing activities
  • Gather client feedback and support ongoing account growth opportunities
  • Maintain CRM records and sales/account updates
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Support ad-hoc business, partnership or operational initiatives when required

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Communications, HR, Marketing or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented and organised
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Internship or prior customer service/ account servicing experience is a plus
  • Interest in SaaS, HR technology, or startup environment is advantageous
