The Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Analyst to join a high-performing, globally focused team. This role offers hands-on exposure to institutional clients, cutting-edge crypto liquidity solutions, and strategic growth initiatives. You will play a key role in prospecting, client engagement, and go-to-market execution while building a strong foundation in crypto capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key link between sales, marketing, and management to execute strategic business development initiatives

• Manage inbound client inquiries and coordinate sales efforts independently and collaboratively

• Create client-facing materials including proposals, pitch decks, and onboarding documentation

• Develop deep expertise in the firm's products and services and build trusted client relationships

• Conduct market research to inform sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities

• Lead prospecting efforts across new and existing business lines

• Stay current on crypto market and technology trends, sharing insights internally and with clients

• Collaborate on marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and market impact

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, crypto, or a fast-paced client-facing role

• Undergraduate degree required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in building pitch decks and client materials

• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment

• Self-motivated with strong analytical and entrepreneurial instincts

• Genuine interest in crypto markets and emerging technologies
