Responsibility
Drive business development and account management by prospecting new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts.
Prepare quotations for project tenders and provide technical support to customers throughout the sales cycle.
Review technical documents and collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
Participate in project and site meetings, deliver after-sales support, and follow up on project progress to ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support repeat business, trust, and customer loyalty.
