Wizztutor is an AI-powered, syllabus-aligned math learning platform designed to make quality mathematics support affordable, accessible, and around-the-clock for students and parents.

The platform emphasises personalised learning paths, affordability and independence for learners - positioning itself as a complement to traditional tuition by supporting students between lessons and helping build confidence in math.

Wizztutor aims to empower students to excel in math on their own terms while giving parents transparent insight into learning outcomes - all backed by educational expertise and adaptive, technology-driven support.

Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven, brand-oriented and hands-on Business Development & Partnerships Lead to position Wizztutor as the go-to learning brand, while driving sustainable revenue growth.

You will be responsible for building brand authority, shaping market perception, and developing impactful integrated campaigns across marketing, sales, and partnerships to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning

  • Develop and execute a clear brand strategy to position Wizztutor as a leading education brand.
  • Define and refine brand messaging, tone, and value proposition for parents and students.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives (content, workshops, partnerships, media features).
  • Build long-term brand equity beyond short-term campaigns.

2. Growth & Marketing Strategy

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, community, school, and partnership channels.
  • Leverage content marketing (Math tips, exam strategies, success stories) to build trust and authority.
  • Use data analytics to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

3. Revenue Growth

  • Develop sales strategy and work with co-founders to achieve revenue targets.
  • Align marketing initiatives closely with sales outcomes.
  • Develop scalable acquisition channels (referral programmes, ambassador initiatives, corporate benefits, etc.).

4. Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and secure impactful partnerships with schools, enrichment centres, parent communities, and corporate organisations.
  • Develop collaborations that enhance both credibility and student acquisition.

5. Community & Reputation Building

  • Strengthen parent and student trust through testimonials, success metrics, and effective communication strategies.
  • Build engaged student and parent communities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, brand strategy, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to scale both revenue and brand visibility.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand building.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Experience in education/edtech or consumer services is a strong advantage.
