Role Description
We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Operations Intern to join our team — someone curious, experimental, and eager to get their hands dirty with on-ground execution work. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, reporting to the Category Manager.
This is a hands-on role that blends structured problem-solving with day-to-day execution, giving you real exposure to how a high-growth platform business operates on the ground. You'll work closely with your manager to identify problems worth solving, then take the lead in driving them forward.
What you'll do
- Design and run experiments on the ground — testing new ideas, gathering insights, and iterating fast to drive category growth and service quality
- Analyse business and operational data to identify opportunities and shape scalable solutions
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from framing the problem to executing the solution
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to get initiatives moving
- Support customer acquisition and retention strategies through hands-on execution and testing
- Explore emerging technologies and automation opportunities to improve how we operate
- Document and synthesise findings, sharing key insights with stakeholders
- Take on ad hoc projects and responsibilities as priorities evolve
What we're looking for
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- A curious, experimental mindset — energized by testing ideas and iterating quickly
- Strong ownership — able to drive projects independently, with a bias for getting things moving on the ground
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets required, SQL or AI tools a plus
- Clear written and verbal communication for both internal and external stakeholders
- Customer service mindset, able to handle queries professionally and build positive relationships
