Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science or any related field. Candidates with Science background will have an added advantage.
Preferably at least 4 - 5 years experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, business development, and pharmaceutical product management.
Mature, target-driven, self-motivated, innovative and proactive while able to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel within assigned territories as required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reporting tools.
Effective written and communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Job Description:
A hybrid role drives both portfolio growth and brand performance by integrating strategic marketing with principal acquisition and partnership management.
On the Business Development side, principals engagements and prepares detailed business plans.
On the Marketing side, developing clear product positioning and value propositions.
Managing the full product lifecycle from market surveys and business planning to launch execution.
Creating compliant marketing materials to ensure consistent communication.
Arrange product training.
Tracking sales performance and market trends, analyzing competitor activities, and preparing reports for management and principals.
To undertake any other assigned tasks by the immediate superior.
