We're hiring for Business Development & Delegate Jr. Sales Executives (Biopharma & Life Sciences Events)

Fresh Graduates/ Gap Year/ 1-2 Year Experience | Hybrid

Are you a recent grad and looking to break into (or shift careers) sales, business development, or the exciting world of biopharma and life sciences in the MICE Industry (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions)

Join us as a Delegate Sales & Business Development Executive and gain hands-on experience selling delegate passes & sponsorship packages for our high-impact, international conferences that bring together the world's leading researchers, biotech firms, and pharma innovators.

What You'll be Doing:

As a Business Development & Delegate Sales Executive, you will:

  • Outreach to potential delegates via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Building and qualifying B2B leads in the life sciences and biopharma sectors
  • Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to confirmed registration
  • Supporting market research to identify new prospects and sales strategies
  • Collaborating with our events, marketing, and operations teams
  • Optional: Join on-site or virtual events and support delivery

Who We're Looking For:

  • Recently completed a degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field
  • Interest in healthcare, pharma, or scientific industries
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written English
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive
  • Comfortable with cold-calling, CRM tools, and client-facing communication
  • Previous sales, events, or customer service experience is a bonus
