This is an on-site traineeship role based in Singapore for a Business Development & Account Management Trainee.
This traineeship is designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to business development, client servicing, and account management within the creative, media, and marketing industry. Over the course of the traineeship, you will receive structured guidance and practical experience in identifying business opportunities, supporting client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to help deliver projects smoothly.
You will work closely with the team to learn how Vicinity approaches lead generation, proposal development, client communication, and account growth across our creative services. By the end of the traineeship, you should have a stronger understanding of how to contribute to revenue growth while building strong and professional client relationships.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career applicants who are looking to build a foundation in business development and account servicing, with the possibility of being considered for a longer-term role upon successful completion.
During the traineeship, you will be trained and exposed to areas such as:
Supporting lead generation and identifying prospective clients
Researching industries, brands, and partnership opportunities
Assisting with outreach, follow-ups, and sales coordination
Learning how to prepare quotations, proposals, and pitch materials
Supporting account management and client servicing efforts
Coordinating with internal production and creative teams for project execution
Understanding how to manage client expectations, project scope, and timelines
Contributing to relationship-building with clients and partners
