Job Description

Overview

We are hiring an Advisor – Business Development for a globally recognized international advisory and investment solutions organization specializing in investor programs, global mobility solutions, and high-net-worth client advisory services.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and client channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and strategic partners
  • Develop sales pipelines and support revenue growth initiatives across international markets
  • Negotiate and close business opportunities while ensuring high-quality client experience
  • Act as a key advisor and relationship manager for clients and external consultants

Market Research & Strategic Coordination

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and developments within investor and residency programs
  • Coordinate with internal departments including processing, marketing, and program management teams
  • Support business development campaigns, networking initiatives, and market expansion activities
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen market presence

Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records and utilize internal CRM/business systems effectively
  • Prepare periodic business development updates and pipeline reports for management
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth processing and service delivery for clients
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain strong professional standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, International Business, or related field
  • 3–8 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, sales, or advisory services
  • Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), consultants, or international clients would be an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/business management tools
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and international business environment
  • Additional language skills would be an advantage
