Overview
We are hiring an Advisor – Business Development for a globally recognized international advisory and investment solutions organization specializing in investor programs, global mobility solutions, and high-net-worth client advisory services.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and client channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and strategic partners
- Develop sales pipelines and support revenue growth initiatives across international markets
- Negotiate and close business opportunities while ensuring high-quality client experience
- Act as a key advisor and relationship manager for clients and external consultants
Market Research & Strategic Coordination
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and developments within investor and residency programs
- Coordinate with internal departments including processing, marketing, and program management teams
- Support business development campaigns, networking initiatives, and market expansion activities
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen market presence
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records and utilize internal CRM/business systems effectively
- Prepare periodic business development updates and pipeline reports for management
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth processing and service delivery for clients
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain strong professional standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, International Business, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, sales, or advisory services
- Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), consultants, or international clients would be an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/business management tools
- Ability to work in a multicultural and international business environment
- Additional language skills would be an advantage
