Role Overview
As a Business Development, Acquisition Associate at SPX Express, you will help grow our hyperlocal logistics network by securing new partners, managing the full sales cycle, and supporting strategic initiatives to optimise revenue and operations. You will play a key role in shaping the future of e-commerce and logistics in Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition & Business Development:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities (Non-Shopee Sellers), and manage full sales cycle
- Be part of the acquisition team to acquire and gain market share, achieve effective practices and sales strategy
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and operation metrics to provide solutions to ensure revenue optimisation and sales targets met
- Work with team managers to define, implement and execute growth strategy
Strategic Initiatives & Process Improvement:
- Partner with relevant teams to ensure synchronised strategic implementation and satisfactory customer experience
- Lead in-team projects to set up improvement processes and execute new initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally with a specialisation in Business or Supply Chain Management
- Prior experience in the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) industry is required
- Relevant experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, or Sales
- Good communication capability and enjoy client facing work
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team
