Identify and evaluate high-potential business opportunities, including vending machine locations, franchise leads, and partnership prospects.
Conduct on-site assessments and data analysis (e.g., footfall, accessibility, ROI, rental viability) to determine placement or partnership feasibility.
Negotiate and secure agreements with landlords, franchisees, and business partners to support company growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, franchise partners, and strategic stakeholders to ensure long-term stability and collaboration.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, marketing, product) to support installation, onboarding, and smooth execution of all business initiatives.
Track performance of locations and partnerships, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to optimize revenue and business outcomes.
Prepare reports and maintain data accuracy, including updating dashboards, organizing charts, and presenting insights to management.
Support marketing and sales activities to enhance brand exposure and improve conversion for franchise acquisition and placement opportunities.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 1 years of experience in sales / business development. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales/business development are welcome to apply
Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, particularly in catering / vending machine are a greatest advantage
Strong commercial acumen to achieve the company's target.
Strong business network and connections in Singapore.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of strategic dialogues with various partners.
Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex agreements is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture and work effectively in a multitasking environment.
