Job Summary:
The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data across all departments-Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance, etc.-to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. This role is central to optimizing performance, identifying trends, and driving business improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and consolidate data from various departments and systems
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Analyze trends, patterns, and root causes to support operational and strategic initiatives
- Work closely with department heads to define data needs and build custom solutions
- Support senior management with predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Maintain data integrity and ensure reporting accuracy
- Assist in automation and digital transformation projects using data
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Experience with Python/R is a plus
- Prior cross-functional data analysis experience is an advantage
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday- 0845am-0545pm
Alternate Saurdays- 0845am- 1245pm
5.25 days work week (alternate Sat off)
