Business Data Analyst

We are hiring a Business Data Analyst to join our project team, working closely with multi-region leaders to deliver actionable insights from business data.

The ideal candidate is passionate about big data and analytics and can translate complex datasets into clear, understandable insights that drive business decisions. Responsibilities include understanding day-to-day business challenges, compiling and analyzing relevant data, and developing clear visualizations to communicate findings effectively. The role involves both recurring and ad hoc analyses to support business users across multiple regions.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field, and have 1-2 years of experience in data analysis. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau is required, while experience with Salesforce is a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-regional teams are essential for success in this role.

This role requires someone proficient in Mandarin to work with teams based in different countries.
