What You'll Do
- Analyse complex data centre performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across regional operations.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable digital tools using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to streamline business processes and support operational excellence.
- Automate critical workflows with Power Automate by creating triggers, actions, and expressions that optimise day-to-day activities within Data Center Operations.
- Build advanced Power BI dashboards utilising data modelling techniques, DAX formulas, Power Query (M), and row-level/object-level security to deliver actionable insights.
- Manage Dataverse schemas, relationships, APIs, and solution management to ensure robust integration between business systems and digital platforms.
- Integrate solutions seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, and Azure services to maximise interoperability and data flow.
- Apply security-aware solution design principles aligned with industry best practices for compliance and cybersecurity standards throughout all projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective analytical models and automated solutions.
- Monitor system performance using PowerShell or Graph API automation tools to maintain high levels of reliability, security controls, and operational transparency.
- Document processes thoroughly while providing ongoing support for deployed solutions to ensure long-term sustainability and user satisfaction
What You'll Need
- At least 3 years experience in data analysis
- Experienced in PowerApps for Canvas and Model-Driven as well as PowerFX
- Experienced in setting workflow automation using PowerAutomate
- Experienced in integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamic365, RESTAPIs and Azure services
- Expertise in developing sophisticated Power BI reports featuring complex data modelling techniques such as DAX formulas, Power Query (M), RLS/OLS implementations.
- Hands-on experience in coding with C# and JavaScript would be an added advantage
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams by translating business requirements into technical specifications for analytics projects.
