Job Description

The OFS FP&A Manager plays a critical role in supporting both the Global Direct Procurement VP and the Global Logistics VP, as well as the OFS Controller. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, coordinating the planning process (SPR), and providing consolidated cost savings analysis to drive informed decision-making and achieve OFS financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of actuals and forecasts for OFS, working closely with the OFS Controller to meet monthly reporting requirements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver consolidated views of OFS cost savings performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Business Support & Partnering

  • Partner with the Global Direct Procurement VP and Global Logistics VP, providing financial support, analysis, and decision-making guidance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by translating financial results into actionable recommendations for business leaders.

Planning (SPR)

  • Coordinate the SPR process for OFS, ensuring alignment with corporate timelines and deliverables.
  • Guide and review inputs from the team on OFS HQ allocations, cost savings, and other planning elements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Provide direction and support to the FP&A team to deliver high-quality outputs for planning and reporting cycles.
  • Foster collaboration within the team and across OFS Finance to ensure alignment and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience formally or informally leading people, projects and/or programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate complex information into clear insights.
  • Proven experience in planning, reporting, and cost savings tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems experience with BI tools is an advantage.
