We are partnering with a leading global maritime and feeder solutions provider to appoint a Senior Analyst, Business Continuity. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a hands-on process improvement professional to drive meaningful, organisation-wide initiatives. You will collaborate with multiple business functions to map existing processes, identify operational gaps and implement practical improvements that strengthen business continuity and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities
- Map and document existing business processes using Miro, Visio, flowcharts or similar tools.
- Review workflows and non-technical data backup plans to identify gaps, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend practical, sustainable solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and secure support for proposed improvements.
- Support process implementation, change management and employee training.
- Maintain accurate process maps, procedures and business continuity documentation.
- Manage competing priorities and constructively challenge existing practices where necessary.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least three years of experience in business process management, business analysis, process improvement or consulting.
- Hands-on experience in process mapping and workflow improvement.
- Business continuity planning experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Miro or Visio and Microsoft Excel.
- Confident in influencing stakeholders and challenging existing processes diplomatically.
