Business Compliance Officer (Contract)

How you succeed
To excel in this role, you&aposll need to stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends. You&aposll work collaboratively with business units to identify and assess compliance risks, and develop effective controls to manage these risks. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying potential compliance issues and implementing solutions to address them.
What you do
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to identify potential risks and control gaps
- Collaborate with business units to develop and implement effective compliance controls and procedures
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance policies and procedures
- Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure the bank&aposs operations are compliant
- Develop and maintain compliance reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators
Who you are
- A degree in Law, Business, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in compliance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess compliance risks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance
