Business Multiplier Pte Ltd is an energetic team of business coaches based in Singapore, working hands-on with founders and SME owners across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia to grow their businesses fast, without losing themselves in the process. Role Description

We're looking for a Business Coach who's a natural people-person, someone energetic, engaging, and quick to build rapport, who also picks things up fast and adapts easily when priorities shift. You'll spend your days building relationships with SME owners, energising their teams, and running dynamic coaching programmes covering engagement, culture, leadership, and hiring. Things move fast around here: you'll juggle multiple clients and priorities, and should enjoy the variety rather than needing a fixed routine. You'll also work comfortably alongside other business functions (ops, sales, finance, marketing), because good people advice needs to fit the wider picture. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with occasional travel to support clients regionally.

What you'll do:

• Run energetic discovery calls that quickly get to the heart of a client's people and culture challenges (disengagement, turnover, leadership gaps, hiring missteps) and turn them into a clear plan of action

• Design and deliver engaging team coaching sessions, using our Business Multiplier™ and Value Builder™ frameworks, that build alignment, culture, and real employee engagement

• Coach business owners on building a valuable, profitable, and scalable business, which may include topics of business strategies as well as leadership development and succession planning, motivating them to build a management team they can hand things off to

• Guide clients through practical recruitment and hiring processes sized for SME teams (job descriptions, interviews, onboarding), moving at the pace their business needs

• Facilitate lively culture and alignment workshops that get teams excited about living their values day to day

• Connect people strategy to sales, ops, and finance so your recommendations hold up across the whole business, not just HR

• Support proposal development for consulting engagements

• Track client progress and adapt your coaching approach quickly as things change

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in HR, People & Culture, OD, or L&D, ideally hands-on experience in employee engagement, recruitment, and leadership development within an SME or fast-growing business

• A natural people person: energetic, engaging, and quick to build rapport with clients and teams

• Fast learner who's genuinely energised by change, you pick up new tools, clients, and challenges quickly and don't need a fixed routine to feel comfortable

• Comfortable working across other business functions (operations, sales, finance, marketing), you connect people decisions to the bigger picture

• Organised enough to keep multiple clients and priorities on track without dropping the ball

• Experience designing and facilitating workshops or training

• Strong communication skills: persuasive, warm, and able to bring people along with you

• Coaching or facilitation certification (e.g. ICF) is a plus

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology, or related field
