Work with sales and IT to engage with existing or potential customers to onboard the customers in DSV.
Help to review the proposed Business Requirement Document to initiate integrations.
Work with the customer delivery managers to align the high-level and detailed planning with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure that the User Acceptance Tests scenarios are created & executed accordingly.
Ensure the alignments and commitments from all local contributors to secure he plan to deliver on-time with good quality.
Act as the first point of contact for operations after the business go live Perform troubleshooting and advisory work.
Cooperate closely with Group Integration Office (CINTO), in establishing and maintaining current & future work process and protocols for BIMs globally.
Facilitate the analyze of our EDI+ and special setups Help to review on possibility to convert them to standard setups in order to fit more requests and reduce development cost and time.
Be familiar with our EDI & API services support customers/sales towards API First.
Help to collect feedback and inputs from customers for improving our API product.
Take part in the strategic initiative to align business approach towards 3rd party integrators.
Requirements:
Degree qualification or above in business, IT or related disciplines
Min 3 years+ relevant experience in the industry
Good knowledge of logistics/freight forwarding process, and EDI/API integration
A well-versed background with our global blueprint and standard operation in Cargowise One
Knowledge and interest within process optimization and governance
Strong communication skills. Capable to be the bridge communicating effectively between customers and DSV business and IT functions
Good stakeholder management skills with project management experience
A strategic mindset to set the right lens for prioritization of time & projects
