Job Summary
You will train and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, collaborate with technical teams to design add-ons, and conduct customer and internal training to ensure effective system use and project success.
Responsibilities
- Train and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 BusinessCentral (On-Prem or On-Cloud) for customers to meet their operational needs
- Conduct detailed business requirements analysis with customer project teams to tailor solutions
- Collaborate with in-house technical consultants to design and implement add-on solutions addressing customer business and operational requirements
- Deliver customer training sessions to enhance users proficiency in navigating and using Dynamics 365 BusinessCentral effectively
- Participate in internal training on new Dynamics 365 BusinessCentral features and technologies to maintain up-to-date expertise
- Share industry-specific practices and lessons learned from completed deployment projects with the team to improve project execution and job satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Good knowledge of Financial Accounting, Inventory Costing and Pricing to support solution deployment and customer guidance
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams to facilitate communication and documentation
- Familiarity with accounting systems, preferably Dynamics Business Central or NAV, to understand customer environments
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT to support technical and business understanding
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in related fields to ensure effective project delivery
