What you do
- Manage and resolve operational issues, including transactional discrepancies and customer complaints
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Analyze and report on operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with business customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or operations management
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
