What you'll do
Manage the daily appointment book and patient flow
Handle enquiries and registrations
Process payments, and submit and track claims (CHAS, Medisave, insurance)
Keep records and supplies organised
What you'll learn
Healthcare claims administration - the CHAS and Medisave systems are used sector-wide
Billing, reconciliation and end-of-day settlement
Scheduling across three clinics and multiple clinicians
Your first month, and where it leads
One month of induction against a written manual and checklist, with Ops and senior front desk staff as your mentors
3 to 6 months to Business Associate, a higher pay grade at around one year, and Senior Business Associate at 2 to 3 years
We pay for courses and certification while you are a trainee, and again when you are promoted
What we're looking for
A local diploma or degree in any discipline
Confident, organised, and comfortable with office software
Any customer-facing background - retail, F&B, hospitality, beauty, call centre
Training provided no clinic experience needed
Pay and benefits
$2,500 - $3,000 per month
