Job scope
· Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries. Create strong ties in retaining relationships with customers
· Closely work with Pre-Sales and other internal parties to provide solutions and respond to customers in a timely manner.
· Actively follow up with customers for business opportunities
· Develop strategies by studying client's portfolio, examining potential risks, forecast projections based on client's objectives
· Manage various stakeholders both internal and external and act as a liaison for both parties
· Be responsible for tracking the progress of contract and vendor registration in order to support buying process
· Familiarize with the company's Products and Conduct seminars, prepare & conduct presentation to potential clients
· Document processes in relation to business development including but not limited to the request, issuance of Purchase Order, billing of invoices etc
· Additional administrative ad-hoc tasks and special projects
Requirements
· Excellent command of English and Chinese
· Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
· Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
· Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
· Have genuine interest in IT technology service
· Eager to learn and apply the knowledge acquired
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Able to effectively handle pressure
· Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
