Job Description

This position requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen understanding of business development strategies. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage a busy schedule, provide administrative support, and actively contribute to the growth of the company.

Business Development:

Client Acquisition: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients.

Sales: Generate new business opportunities and close deals.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business avenues and trends.

Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.

Proposals: Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients.

Assistance:

Calendar Management: Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.

Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Expense Management: Track and manage expenses.

Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.

Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.

Other Tasks: Assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

A Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in business development or sales and willingness to learn/ to take on tasks beyond his/her role, when the need arises

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, multitasking and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A valid driver's license & travel flexibility is needed.

Proficiency in both Mandarin and English will be an added advantage.
