Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into technical requirements.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (such as Requirements Specification, Functional Specification) using industry standard notations.
Create test scenarios, test cases and conduct user acceptance test, integration and system testing.
Assist in the entire project development life cycle.
Monitor project progress to ensure project is delivered on time, assist in testing and implementation of solutions.
Gather, clean, validate, and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.
Extract, transform, and prepare data using appropriate data querying and reporting tools to support business requirements.
Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs and operational performance.
Define KPI metrics and business rules with stakeholders to ensure consistent reporting.
Ensure data accuracy through reconciliations, data-quality checks, and documentation of assumptions andlogic.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes, translate findings into recommendations.
Present insights in a clear, actionable way using visuals, summaries, and stakeholder-friendly storytelling.
Support automation and standardisation of reporting (templates, scheduled refresh, reusable datasets).
Other project related ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge in SDLC and project implementation is a plus.
Proficient in data querying and analysis techniques (e.g., combining datasets, aggregating results, filtering, and basic performance optimisation).
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts, data cleansing).
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau (data modelling and dashboard design).
Good analytical thinking, able to turn business questions into measurable metrics and analysis steps.
Minimum 1 year experience in similar role.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
