Be a Part of Something BIG!
- You will be part of a dynamic team working with our core telco data assets to improve our consumers journey and experience with our customer care touchpoints.
- This role will provide you with the experience in working with data across our customer touchpoints.
- You will be getting hands-on experience with data wrangling, text analytics and data visualization (Power BI) to uncover insights into our customers&apos journeys through our extensive range of customer touchpoints
Make An Impact By
- Design intuitive dashboards, user interfaces, email alerts and advanced data visualization functionalities for multi-purpose self-helpable analytical reports.
- Provide critical insights for customer digital/traditional journeys, behaviour and trends Link insights to customer experience to shape and digitalize service journeys.
- Drive and build proactive customer insights and predictive models to drive new business and service strategies.
Skills For Success
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related areas
- Familiarity with Background in SQL, Python, R with leading data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI), data modelling, data wrangling will be a plus
- Good communication skills, take ownership, able to work in teams.
